This unique and innovative concept brings together two worlds: Music & Self Development.
In the first part, Daniela will guide us through a 1,5 hour immersive coaching experience aimed at learning and getting inspired by each other and in order to better respond to major changes taking place in a positive and meaningful way. You'll participate in a group exercise that will allow you to tap into your determination and creative powers within. The nature of this section is highly interactive and we hope you’ll find the courage to share some of your own life experience with the group.
After learning invaluable tools for self transformation, we will end the coaching session with an inspiring guided meditation led by Daniela's voice. This meditation will be accompanied on an amazing grand acoustic piano in 432HZ by Ascension.
Towards the end of the meditation will transform into a high energy LIVE music set that will take you on a musical journey comprising mystical psychedelic sounds towards highly danceable house tracks that are sure to invigorate and leave you highly energised.

All music is performed at 432HZ. A frequency that is very much aligned with nature, also known as a healing frequency. But this is not bowl singing, or acoustic material. We go all out with a mixture between psychedelic, tribal, house and techno music. In other words: get your party on!

Daniela Russo - Life Coach
Over the past years, Daniela has supported hundreds of people to find more clarity in their life and reconnect with themselves, increasing the sense of confidence and trust in their own abilities.
She has worked with entrepreneurs, doctors, psychologists, coaches, teachers and people from different backgrounds. Her mission is to help people understand themselves better, to help recognise the patterns that are blocking them and to learn how to overcome them. Daniela organised workshops for companies focussing on employee well beings and she regularly organises workshops for people to learn how to make better choices and achieve a sense of purpose and satisfaction. Also, she is the founder of two successful MeetUp Groups: ‘The Power Of Emotions’ Amsterdam & The Hague.
